Disgraced Gov. Rod Blagojevich

In the accusations, he is supposed to have tried/is trying to sell the position for upwards of one million dollars, a new job for his wife, a new house... etc. His case is now in the court system. Meanwhile Attorney General Lisa Madigan asked the Supreme Court to declare Blagojevich unfit to serve, likening his corruption scandal to a debilitating illness. The attorney general is applying a rule that was intended to cover cases in which a governor is incapacitated for health reasons. This is a major Constitutional battle, However, while this is going on, billions of dollars of state bills are going unpaid. If this is not resolved soon, the whole state of Illinois will be bankrupt... and in need of a "Bailout Plan". The legal side of this issue is to long and deep to even comprehend. Whatever the outcome, it needs to happen fast so the state can resume its normal life.
